All pricing assumes one shoot day or less within 15 miles of Bozeman. Multi-day, travel, and custom scope are quoted on a call — see add-ons below.
Basic projects land in 3-4 weeks from kickoff. Standard runs 4-6 weeks. Advanced takes 6-10 weeks depending on shoot complexity and review cycles. The biggest variables are your availability for the strategy call, scheduling the shoot, and turning around feedback on the review cut.
Need it faster? Rush delivery is available as a 50% add-on, case-by-case.
Up to 8 hours on location, including setup and breakdown. Most brand films fit comfortably in one day. If your scope needs more (multiple cities, large crews, complex interviews), we add shoot days as needed at $1,800/day.
You own perpetual, worldwide rights to the final deliverables for all marketing and brand use. I retain rights to feature the work in my own portfolio and case studies unless we agree otherwise.
Raw footage stays with me by default. If you want the raws delivered too, we can add that to scope — it's a small fee for storage and transfer.
Basic includes 1 round. Standard includes 2. Advanced is unlimited within the original scope. A "round" means I deliver a cut, you consolidate notes (one document, one voice), I implement them, and we lock the next version.
Scope changes (new shots, new music direction, repurposing for a different audience) are separate from revisions and quoted as needed.
Standard and Advanced tiers include script + storyboard development. I'll lead the writing with input from you and your team, and you sign off before we shoot. Basic assumes you bring a clear message or rough script — I can still help shape it on the strategy call.
Yes — all music in your final video is properly licensed for commercial use through a music library I subscribe to. Custom score is available as an add-on if you want something composed specifically for the project.
Absolutely. The first 15 miles from Bozeman are included. Beyond that, $1.25/mile for driving. For flights and hotels, I quote those at cost (no markup) once we lock the dates.
